HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU BE HERE?

We always try to arrange your appointment as quick as possible.
Availability depends on the location of our team and yours as well as the time of day/year.
We generally require a minimum of 4 hours notice subject to availability.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

You can book with us by email, phone call, WhatsApp.
A Google Maps link is required in addition to any other relevant information in order to find the villa, house, or hotel without any inconvenience.
The most convenient method is through WhatsApp.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS?

The earlier the better, specially during high season (June-September).
However, we always do our best to accommodate any last-minute requests and often have availability within 60-90 minutes.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Whenever possible our therapist will try to be with you 10-15 minutes before the appointment.
This will allow you to start on time.
Keep your phone turned on and close by in case we need to contact you.
Please note that in the event that the client is late, we may have to reduce your treatment time to ensure the next booking starts on time.
The full fee will be charged for any waiting time exceeding 15 minutes.

CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Reservations canceled less than 10 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellations less than 5 hours before treatment will incur a 100% full charge.

IS EVERYTHING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Yes, everything is included.
The only exception is that some locations have an additional travel charge of €10 per visit (applies only for a single one-hour booking).
No travel surcharge will apply if booking a therapist for more than one hour.
If the reservation is made on a boat +20%.
All prices shown do not include 21% VAT.

CAN I BOOK LATE AT NIGHT OR EARLY IN THE MORNING?

For early bookings we can arrange your appointment at any time you want.
Bookings starting between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM are subject to a +30% night surcharge.
Bookings after midnight are subject to a +100% surcharge.
We suggest to book treatments well in advance to ensure availability of the date, time, and service you prefer.
For hotel services, prior approval of your hotel’s reception is mandatory.
